Andromeda Galaxy d.o.o. is a temporary employment agency based in Slavonski Brod, founded in December 2023. The Andromeda Galaxy agency collaborates with business partners in Germany to provide staff for 24-hour care of elderly people and those in need of assistance.
We are a Croatian agency that employs qualified staff for elderly care, medical personnel, as well as domestic workers and household staff. We also guarantee security and discretion to protect the privacy of our clients.
It is very important to us that our employees perform their duties as caregivers with love and understanding and possess certain qualifications, such as excellent knowledge of German or English, as well as many years of experience working with elderly people.
We offer our services across the European continent and successfully employ staff throughout Europe.
Temporary employment or employee leasing is a concept where our company, as the employer, assigns its employee (temporary worker) to a client, where an employment contract is signed with the employee and an agreement on the transfer of the employee is signed with the client.
Our company thus operates as a temporary employment agency that functions according to a business and legally regulated model. We offer our clients the assignment of employees who are employed by our company for temporary work in the client’s company.
Our company hires employees, administers them, calculates, and pays their wages. The employee accrues work years, is covered by health and pension insurance, and has the right to a proportional number of vacation days as well as daily breaks, sick leave, holidays, and free days. The employees are sent to our clients, where they work under the supervision of the client in the work process.
